    Swimming is helpful but not required to enjoy the tour. Guests can wade in shallow water or use flotation devices provided by your captain.

  • Will we definitely see dolphins and manatees?

    While sightings are never guaranteed, our captain has years of experience and knows the best spots around Sarasota. Most tours include multiple dolphin sightings and, depending on the season, a chance to see manatees as well.

  • What happens if the weather is bad?

    Let’s be honest, Captain Bruce isn’t a fan of bad weather either. If the conditions aren’t safe or enjoyable, we won’t head out. In the event of an operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or credit. No hassle, no worries. We’ll do our best to reschedule if you’d like, but if Mother Nature isn’t cooperating, we’ve got you covered.

  • Is the boat comfortable for families and small children?

    Yes. Our 26-foot Regal OBX is spacious, shaded, and includes an onboard restroom for convenience. Families love the easy layout and smooth ride.

  • What should we bring with us?

    We recommend bringing sunscreen, a towel, sunglasses, and a water bottle. Snorkeling gear is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred. Just like you’re going to the beach for the day, you just don’t need a chair or an umbrella!

  • How far in advance should we book this tour?

    We recommend booking as soon as you confirm your dates of travel. Also remember to book early in your visit in case of bad weather we can try to reschedule.
